DELIVERY INFORMATION

Orders are delivered within seven (7) working days at most (Monday-Friday) after the bank and finance approval. The orders given after 16:00 will be processed the next day. On the feast days and holidays, there is no shipment for orders.

If you have selected the “I Want to Pay Cash On Delivery” option, transportation and delivery fees vary depending on the content of the orders, the type of delivery and the city of delivery. You will have to pay the transportation fee of your orders to the transportation company employee who delivers the package at the time of delivery. Our website makes necessary agreements with courier companies so that you, our valued customers, pay the lowest price for your orders.

If You Have not Received Your Order;

If you have any question and problem regarding your order, it will be sufficient to send an e-mail to our Customer Service representatives. Our experts will evaluate the situation as soon as possible and will contact you to inform you about the solutions.

When you receive your order, please pay attention to the following subjects;

1.Your order will be packaged so as not to be damaged during shipping and will be shipped with Turkey’s privileged courier companies.

2.The products in your order are under the guarantee of the relevant companies concerning the damages that might occur during shipment.

3.If your package is opened, torn or physically damaged, please do not accept it. Inform the courier officer that you do not want to receive the order since it is damaged. The courier will draw up a report. A copy of that report will be given to you. Please keep the relevant copy

of the report.

4.If anything is missing in your order, please contact our company immediately.
