WARRANTY – RETURN – WITHDRAWAL CONDITIONS

Thanks to the SSL security protocol, the credit card information you provide on our site is encrypted and sent to the bank, and it is not possible even for us to access this information during this process.
Our website does not store any customer’s credit card information in its system. For this reason, for your credit card security, you must re-enter your card information at each order. In case of an application to the contrary, the card information will be kept only with the explicit consent of the Buyer.
All products sold on our site are under the guarantee of the manufacturer/importer companies. You can return the purchased product within seven (7) days from the date of delivery, without destroying it, using it, and without impairing the re-salability of the product by stating a reason. However, when delivering the product, the product must be delivered completely and undamaged, together with its invoice, return form, product box, packaging, and accessories if there is any. Any of these rules are missing, product returns will not be accepted. If the product is returned per the return conditions, the product amount will be refunded. It takes 1-3 weeks for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on the bank you work with. Payments made by money transfer are refunded to the account within one week at the latest.
Before sending the product, select the “Turn-in Slip” from the “Subjects” section under the “Contact” on our website, and send it to us by stating your reason. Afterwards, the product return form will be sent to your e-mail address. You must fill in this form and send it to us. This form will be reviewed by the Technical Service Department and you will be informed when it is approved. Please return the product after receiving approval.
Send the products to be returned to the Technical Service Department immediately after receiving the approval. No shipping fee is charged for returned products sent with Contracted Courier Company. Counter-paid shipments with other shipping companies will not be accepted. In this type of shipment, the shipping fee belongs to the sender.
Attention: In all kinds of communication about your order, be sure to state your order number. Sold products are not refundable, except for the following conditions.
- In case the sold product (*) is defective,
- In case that the package is damaged during shipment from the courier company (**) and this damage is detected and the product is not received by the buyer, the damage is compensated by the seller.
(*) For the acceptance of your request for problems related to the products (problems that cannot be noticed during delivery are included in this scope);
- a) If the invoice is issued in your name and you are not a taxpayer, our invoice and delivery note issued to you; if you are a taxpayer or have your company invoiced for your order, your invoice and delivery note regarding the product(s) you will return must be sent together with the products.
- b) The return process must be initiated within two days following the delivery date.
- c) Returned products must be sent back with the company worked in the shipment of the product.
- d) If the reason for return is found to comply with the conditions listed above after being evaluated, the defective products will be replaced with new ones if they are in stock. In such a case, all costs of the return and re-consignment stages belong to us. If the return of the product is not found to comply with the above conditions, all costs in the recall process are covered by the customer.
(**) In case of problems arising from the delivery company; damaged packages should not be received and a report should be prepared by the delivery company. If the representative of the delivery company thinks that the package is not damaged, you have the right to open the package and check that the products are delivered undamaged and to request that the situation be determined with a report. However, after the package is received by you, it is deemed that the delivery company has done its duty properly. If the package is not accepted and a statement is taken down, the situation should be reported to us as soon as possible with a copy of the statement that you have left. We will ensure that a new and healthy delivery is made as soon as possible.
The products you order will be supplied and shipped within 3 working days from the date of approval.
